02 Labor Dispatch

Nowadays, there are many domestic companies specializing in overseas labor dispatch and many platforms specializing in recruiting foreign laborers, but it is important to distinguish between overseas labor dispatch and labor intermediary.

An agency is a contract you sign with a foreign company through an introducer, which is not protected by Chinese law; whereas a labor dispatch is a contract you sign with a domestic dispatch company, which then sends you to work abroad, so that the dispatch company will provide good protection for your rights and interests.

03 Overseas direct recruitment
